Cruel Solitaire

Cruel Solitaire is a popular solitaire card game played with 12 piles of 4 cards each. The player can move cards between the piles building them down by suit. The player's goal is to build up the foundations from Ace to King by suit. Whenever the player likes, he can pick up all the cards in order and shift them back into 4 card piles. The player can do this as often as he likes, but if the player has not moved any cards since the last time he shifted the cards, shifting them will have no effect.
